Katrina Phillips (Lakeland, Florida) began serving Delta Omicron as the Xi Province President in August 2016. Her collegiate service includes Director of Music Activities with the Alpha Phi chapter from 2010-2011. She is the current president of the Florida Alumni Club and has attended triennial conferences since 2018, including attending the 2018 and 2025 conferences as a music delegate. 

Katrina completed her Bachelor's in Music Performance at Florida Southern College in 2011, and obtained her Master's in Information Science from Florida State University in 2022. She has over 10 years of library experience, spanning across academic and public libraries in Florida, and is employed as the Research & Instruction coordinator with the University of South Florida Libraries. She continues her passion for opera performance through local opportunities, performing with Lakeland Symphony Orchestra's annual opera production and Opera Tampa's previous 3 seasons. She studies voice with New England Conservatory and Wolf Trap Opera alumni Deborah Lucas.

Katrina enjoys a quiet life in her native town amongst family, friends, husband James (a sweetheart of Delta Omicron's Alpha Phi chapter) and 3 furbabies -their dog Butters, and cats Papa and Loki. Katrina, like most librarians, loves to read but rarely has the time, and loves journeying to Florida's history and art museums, opera companies, and iconic gardens.
