Delta Omicron National Patron - Hugh S. Livingston, Jr.

National Patron - Hugh S. Livingston, Jr, composer, arranger, pianist, trumpeter and organist was inducted Thursday, November 6th at Maryville College in Maryville, TN by Ann Jones, Immediate Past International President of Delta Omicron International Music Fraternity. Delta Omicron members in attendance were Dotty Bushing, National Music Editor and Chapter Adviser of Alpha Zeta; Rennie Salata, President Alpha Zeta Chapter at Maryville College and members of Alpha Gamma Chapter at Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, TN.

A program of Mr. Livingston's music was presented by area church choirs, a handbell choir and selected piano arrangements performed by the composer. Dotty Bushing brought beginning remarks at the concert and the National Patron induction of Mr. Livingston followed the concert. A National Patron Certificate was presented by Ann Jones and a special momento from the Fraternity. A reception followed.
