Text Box: for Women’s Choir, “Songs of Sappho,” was recently performed by Aster in Broomfield, CO.
Mary S. Vander Linde is an independent piano teacher and has been for 50 years!  She is certified by the Michigan Music Teachers Association and Music Teachers National Association.  She is serving as President of the MMTA.
Charlotta Ross is a member of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and conducts the Three Rivers Symphonette for students aged 8-16 from Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.
Donna Sattler Treece is the treasurer of the Jackson (MI) Tuesday Musicale and sings in the Musicale Chorus as well as her church choir.  She also plays in the handbell choir at Calvary United Methodist Church.
DELTA XI - New England Conservatory of Music, Boston, MA
Roberta Shelman Emerson works as the Executive Director of Volunteers In Newport Education and Literacy Volunteers of America/Newport County.  She sings in church and keeps involved with her grown children’s musical activities.
Dorene Blanchard Tomlinson plays the organ at Calvary Full Gospel Church in Bakersfield, CA, and occasionally sings special music.
DELTA RHO - Adelphi University, Garden City, NY
Dorothy Jonas has performed on piano in Europe with her partner Joshua Pierce, and has a new release coming out in June.
DELTA SIGMA - Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana, PA
Jane A. Diamond Ross retired from her vocal music position in Medina (OH) City Schools in 2000.  She is currently the Director of Music Ministries at First Christian Church in Wadsworth, OH, and Adjunct Professor at Ashland (OH) University.  She was included in the 2002-03 edition of Who’s Who Among American Women.
Elizabeth A. Temple is Professor of Piano at Shenandoah Conservatory, Winchester, VA.  She served as the Assistant Coordinator of Volunteers for the AXA Dublin (Ireland) International Piano Competition.
DELTA UPSILON - Kent State University, Kent, OH
Janeth Filgate directs a musical group called “The King’s Revels” that specializes in Renaissance music.  She is also a member of Portland’s (Maine) Choral Art Society Masterworks Chorus and teaches private piano lessons.
Debbie Stewart is a children’s librarian and writes unpublished picture books.  Musically, she sings alto in her church choir.
DELTA PHI - Auburn University, Auburn, AL
Jan Ziglar Eunice teaches third grade for the Eufala City School System, is a private instructor for flute and piano, and is a flute soloist for the community.
DELTA CHI - Nebraska State University at Kearney, Kearney, NE
Kathleen Jensen Haverly is the Learning Center Director at Hasting’s (NE) College, a fine liberal arts college in central Nebraska.

Joy Grigg Denton is a general music teacher at Leeds (AL) Elementary School and has been teaching public school music and private piano lessons for 37 years.
Ann Tomberlin Ray has retired after teaching elementary music for twenty-five years.  She sings in her church choir and plays the piano for the Community Bible Study weekly meetings.  Ann was elected to the Judson College Board of Trustee to fill her late husband’s unexpired term.
DELTA OMEGA - Jacksonville State University, Jacksonville, AL
Cynthia Grimes Ables retired in 1998 after teaching for 30 years at Midway (GA) Elementary School.  She and her husband sing in the Chancel Choir and play in the Chancel Handbells at Second Avenue Baptist Church in Rome.
Kathleen Mackey-King is an instructor for the Children’s Prep Music Studio in Natchez, MS and teaches private flute and voice lessons.  She also is a soloist and choir member at First Baptist Church and cantor and flutist at Temple B’nai Israel.
OMICRON BETA - Lamar University, Beaumont, TX
Michelle White began an M.S in HR Management degree through Capella University in October 2002, and in January 2003 she began an M.M. in Clarinet Performance at Lamar University.  She also teaches private clarinet lessons at various schools in Texas’ UIL Region X.
OMICRON GAMMA - Samford University, Birmingham, AL
Lea Hoppe teaches lower school music (K-3) at Randolph School, a K-12 college preparatory independent day school in Huntsville, AL.  She also has a 45-voice 3rd and 4th grade choir and she directs 3 handchime choirs, all at Randolph.  Lea is involved in the music ministry of First Baptist Church in Huntsville by singing in the Sanctuary Choir and playing trombone in the church orchestra.  She also directs the Children’s Hanbell Choir and Children’s Choir at First Baptist.  In addition, Lea sings with the Huntsville Community Chorus, is a member of Twickenham Winds, and is on the Board of Directors for the Huntsville Youth Orchestra.
Mary E. “Libby” Odom works for scholarships for the Alabama Federated Music Clubs and National Society of Arts and Letters.  Their AFMC auditions are the largest in the nation.
OMICRON DELTA - Southeastern Louisiana, Hammond, LA
Vylinda Matte is now the co-owner (with her husband) of Cajun Cycle Accessories in Baton Rouge, LA.  She plays the organs and sometimes plays the piano for her home church as well as for an outreach ministry, Reach Ministries, helping churches reach out to their community.
OMICRON EPSILON - Northeast Louisiana State University, Monroe, LA
Rebecca Landry Greer is directing vocal, handchime, and handbell choirs at St. John Lutheran Church and Trinity Lutheran Church in New Orleans.  She also sings with Vox Feminae of Musica da Camera.
